Travis Dale Abbott, 53, of Lubbock, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. He was born on October 23, 1967, in Las Vegas, Nevada to Bill and Donna (Miller) Abbott. After he graduated high school, he proudly served in the United States Army. He married Christina Sanchez on July 30, 2015, in Lubbock. Travis was a very humble man, he was an avid reader, prayer warrior, and enjoyed ministering to those in need. He was a part of the Celebrate Recovery and Kingdom Towers Ministries, and proudly attended Emmanuel Worship Center, here in Lubbock. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Christina Abbott; mother, Donna Shrock; Mother and father in love, Juan and Angelita Sanchez; two children and two sisters. Travis is preceded in death by his father, Bill Abbott. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Emmanuel Worship Center, with a military honors and burial to follow at the City of Lubbock Cemetery.
