Sylvia Gonzalez, 73, of Lubbock passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025. She was born in Dickens, Texas on March 13, 1952, to Juan and Sofia (Alverez) Perez. Sylvia enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafting, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children; Elizabeth Torrez, Freddy Gonzalez, and Anna Gonzalez and husband Rob; two sisters, Elicia Garcia and Esmeralda Camacho; three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three nieces and four nephews.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parent, two grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
