San Juanita Trevino

San Juanita Trevino, 54 of Brownfield, passed away on Sunday July 12, 2026, in Lubbock. San Juanita was born on April 10, 1972, in Brownfield, to Pedro and Catarino (Cuevas) Trevino. San Juanita was a very loving lady, she was a caregiver that loved her patients and a wife, mother and grandmother that truly loved her family. She enjoyed cooking and listening to all genres of music. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. San Juanita has been with her longtime love, Joe Gutierrez since February 14, 2000. San Juanita will be missed by everyone that knew her.

Those left to cherish her loving memory are, her husband, Joe Gutierrez; children, Joshua Hudspeth, and partner Emily Jimenez, Katherine Harpstrite and husband Kenneth Lachance, Anastaisa Martinez and husband Mario, Jeremiah Trevino, Patricia Guiterrez, Sierra Gutierrez, and Ava Gutierrez; grandchildren, Logan Lachance, Zara Martinez, Avery Jimenez, Lyric Lachance and one on the way; siblings, Lupe Trevino, Josie Gomez, Rudy Trevino, Juan Trevino, and Jessie Hernandez; and several extended family and friends.

San Jaunita was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and CatarinaTrevino, sister, Rosa Trevino nephews, Mikey Martinez, Ray Gomez, Rudy Rodriguez, and Ray Rodriguez, aunt Lupe Tijerina, Uncle, Eugene Cuevas, Cousin, Martin Flores, and great niece, Blake Izzie Gomez.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. all services will be held at house of Angels Funeral Home, 1211 Lubbock Road, Brownfield, Texas 79316. Burial services will follow at the Terry County Cemetery, Brownfield, Texas
