Robert Arteaga, 66, of Lubbock, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023. He was born on February 18, 1957 in Mexico to the late Roberto De Los Santos and Elvia Sandoval Arteaga. Robert was a man who knew no stranger, he was a hard working man that worked up until the end. He also had jokes, and made those around him laugh and smile. Robert was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he had a special love for all of his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Crystal Yzaguirre and husband, Rogelio, John Villarreal, and Nancy Villarreal; twenty-one grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and extended family members.

He was proceeded in death by his parents,; wife, Carmen Arteaga; Daughter, Mary Sendejo; grandson, Rogelio Eli Yzaguirre, III.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. ~ 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning, December 5, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
