Ricky Dan Cartner, a lifelong resident of Lubbock, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at his home. He was born on April 29, 1971, in Lubbock to Ralph and Glenda (Williamson) Cartner. Ricky was a graduated of Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He enjoyed spending time watching stock car races out on the dirt tracks.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Kaycee Cartner and Keith Cartner; father, Ralph Cartner, all of Lubbock; brother, Steven Cartner and wife Crystal and their children Cody and Cory of Lake Allan Henry; mother of his children and friend, Misty Cartner.

Ricky is preceded in death by his mother Glenda Cartner.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
