Rhonda Lee Robertson, 68, of Lubbock, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, surrounded by family. She was born on December 12, 1953, to Foye C. and Ruth (Waldrep) Robins in Baumholder, Germany. Rhonda graduated from Coronado High School in El Paso, TX, and later graduated from Texas Tech University here in Lubbock. She worked as an Ombudsman Supervisor, State of Texas Office of Injured Employee Counsel, for many years. Rhonda was an avid reader, loved horseback riding, and dancing in her younger years. She loved to laugh. She always had a smile for her friends and a kind word. She was tolerant and compassionate. Rhonda was known for her faith and loyalty and influenced many other peoples' lives. She had a deep love for her family, she was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and will be deeply missed. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Ryan Pace, Clinton Harrison Pace; mother, Ruth Reeves; siblings, Rita Robins, Richard C. Robins; sister-in-law, Debbie Pace. Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Foye C. Robins. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association, https://action.lung.org/site/Donation2. Celebration of life service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23, 2022, at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home, Lubbock, Texas.
