Reynaldo Serrano Huerta, 77, of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was born on April 7, 1944, in Canada Ancha, Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, to the late Nicacio and Margarita (Huerta) Serrano. He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, and working out in his garden. He will be remembered as a great father, grandfather and friend to all that knew him, he loved to spend time with the family, and it was even better when there was food being served. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Claudio Serrano, Reynaldo Serrano, Jr., Heriberto Serrano, Omar Serrano, Silvia Serrano and Carlos Serrano; and 20 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home, Lubbock, Texas. A funeral mass and burial will take place on a later date, these services will be held in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.
