Noemi Villegas, 72, of Abernathy passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023. She was born on July 23, 1950, in Edinburg, Texas to Luz and Guadalupe (Ramirez) Paez. She married Horacio Villegas on August 30, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Horacio Villegas; children, Horacio Villegas, Jr., Bruno Villegas, Hector Villegas, Marcos Villegas, Susanna Villegas and Lucero Monero; Siblings, Irma Yedor, Larry Paez and Moses Paez; 24 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Noemi was preceded in death by her parents, Luz and Guadalupe Paez and one son, Jose Villegas.

Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 1:00 p.mp. at Iglesia, Monte De Los Olivos, 110 E. 4th street, Abernathy, Texas 79311. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
