Miguel Angel Rivera, 36, of Lubbock, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. He was born on January 8, 1985, in Mexico to Miguel and Eustolia (Perez) Rivera. He married his high school love, Isaura Carmona Rodriguez on February 12, 2013, in Lubbock and together they began their family. He was a good brother that loved to Draw and attend cookouts. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Isaura Rivera; three children, Ricardo Rivera, Perla Rivera, and Cassiel Rivera; father, Miguel Rivera; six siblings, Maria Rivera, Jorge Rivera, Juana Trujillo, Manuel Rivera, Rosa Rivera, and Maribel Rivera; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Miguel is preceded in death by his mother, Eustolia Rivera. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow.
