Jose Palos

Jose Palos, 42, a lifelong resident of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. He was born on October 28, 1983, to Angel and Carmen (Rodriguez) Palos. He worked for 20+ years as a Forklift Operator at Farmers Co-Op in Lubbock. Jose was a dedicated family man, he loved to spend as much time as possible with his family. Jose always lived life to the fullest, he enjoyed BBQ’s, hanging out with family and friends, and laughing. He was the jokester for sure, he always enjoyed making everyone laugh. Jose never met a stranger; he would talk to anyone honestly. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jessica; children, Dinah Palos, Jose Gordo Palos, Alexandria Palos, Ethan Palos, and Jay’Lee Palos; father, Jose Angel Palos; siblings; and several extended family members and friends.

Jose was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Palos; siblings, Angel Palos, Jr., Rudy Palos, and Mary Alice Palos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. ~ 8:00 p.m. with rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Terrace Cemetery in Post, Texas.
