Jose Juarez, 81, of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was born on August 5, 1941, in Houston, Texas to Arnulfo and Enestora (Rodriguez) Juarez. He married Patricia Martinez on June 29, 1961, in Houston, and together they began their family. He Loved spending time with his family. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing, watching western movies, playing pool at the Lubbock Senior Citizens Center, and volunteering with the church food pantry. Jose was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia Juarez; children, Irene Duran and husband Ruben, Frances St. Clair and husband Michael, Josie Klingenberg and husband Robert, Jessica DeVille, Tommy "TomCat" Juarez and wife Michelle, and Carol McPherson and husband Jerry; 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Arnulfo and Enestora Juarez, and several siblings.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service being held at 7:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park, Woodrow, Texas.
