Jose Pedro Luis Jimenez a lifelong resident of Lubbock, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at the age of 35. He was born on July 14, 1987, in Lubbock to Jose and Francisca (Jorge) Jimenez. Jose was a very well-loved man, he loved spending time with his family around the bar-b-que grill, fishing, or watching a Monday night movie. He was an avid Texas Ranges fan. He loved spending time with his little brother Frankie and his cousin, Augustine.

Those left to cherish his memory parents, Jose and Francisca Jimenez; wife, Laura Perez; children, Jose Pedro Pascual Jimenez, Daniel Luis Jimenez, Rosario Isbell Perez, Olivia Marie Vargas, Ignacio Marquez Perez Vargas, Melanie Raelyn Jimenez, Jamie Joe Salud Jimenez, and Elijaha James Jimenez; siblings, Rosamaria Jimenez and husband Luis Manuel Miranda, Ana Martinez and husband Philip, Margarita Smart and husband Shawn, Deborah Jimenez and husband Rodolfo Rangel, Francisco Jimenez and wife Ashley, Maria Jimenez, and Esmeralda Cardenas and husband Gilberto Villarreal and several extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the City of Lubbock Cemetery.
