Jose Manuel Gausin Chavarria, 57, of Lubbock passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022, in Lubbock. He was born on July 12, 1965, in Emiliano Zapata Durango Mexico, to Fernando Gausin, Sr. and Nolberta Chavarria. Jose married Leticia Palos on September 30, 2000, in Plainview, Texas. He loved music, watching football and soccer. He was a very kind and loving man; he especially loved his grandchildren and spending time with his family. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Leticia; sons, Armando Reyna and wife Gabriella, Jose Angel Diaz, and Mario Diaz; daughter, Gloria Gausin; grandchildren, Aubrey, Audrey, Aurey, Rudy, Armando, Jr., Avoney, and Jordan; siblings, Enrique Gausin, Engarcia Gausin, Juan Gausin, Fernando Gausin, Jr. Rosario Gausin, and Fermina Gausin; and several extended family and friends. Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Fernando Gausin, Sr. and Nolberta Chavarria, siblings; Servino Gausin, Samuel Gausin and Tomas Gausin. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
