IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jim Bob
Hooper
June 27, 1964 – October 3, 2023
Our family gained an angel on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, when Jim Bob Hooper passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59. He was an avid fisherman and loved watching the "Kansas City Chiefs" and "Texas Tech" football and the "Texas Rangers" baseball team play while cooking his famous "Daddy Burgers" for his close friends and family. His contributions to the lives of many include the creation of his two daughters, caring for his three grandchildren, being a loving husband to his wife, and a trusted partner in a successful construction business, "HbarH Construction" with Michael Hinkle.
Jim Bob is survived by his wife of 2 years, Deneise Hooper. Three children: Tiffany Kay Hooper and Bailey Jo Palmer, adopted son Evan Lee Hooper, and one stepson, Anthony Micheal Barnes—also, his three grandchildren, Caeleb Avery Palmer, Lilly Marie Norman, and Daisy Grace Norman. Jim Bob Hooper is survived by three siblings, Jana, Jill, and Jerry, along with several cousins. His parents, Joe and Martha Hooper preceded him in death, as did two stepsons, Justin Ryan Norman and Christopher David Barnes, and son-in-law Charles Aaron Palmer.
His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with and those he reached but never met.
