Isabel (Ortega) Rodriquez, 76, of New Deal passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 25, 1944 in Monroe, Texas to the late Florencio and Maxima (Rosales) Ortega. Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Carol Morales, Secilia Rivera, Richard Rodriquez, Andrea Campos, Connie Rodriquez, Mario Rodriquez, Erica Torres, Jesse Torres, and Victor Ramirez; one brother, Sereldo; 34 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great - great grandsons. Isabel is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Carmelita Rodriquez, two grandchildren, Mark "Gordz" Castro and Josephine Rivera and one sister, Lucy Esparza. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at Abernathy Cemetery, Abernathy, Texas. Cremation services under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home, Lubbock, Texas.
