Irma Solano

Irma Solano, 64, of Lubbock, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1962, in Morton, Texas to the late Sixto and Irene (Soliz) Hernandez. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Her grandbabies were her world. She loved to spend time with her family. Irma had a big heart and was always there for everyone. She was the glue to the family; she will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Adan and Christina Solano; grandchildren, Anthony Martinez, April Solano and wife, Jayda, Mychael Martinez; and great-grandson, Nehemiah Solano.

Irma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oscar Solano, and grandson, Thomas Solano.

Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
