Irma Sepeda, 83, of Lubbock, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was born on June 28, 1939 in Mexico to the late Ciprano and Juanita De Luna. Irma spent many years in the restaurant business owning and managing La Carreta Restaurant in Posey, TX. She loved to cook, garden, and sing. Irma was fun-loving, and enjoyed family gatherings, where she cooked and sang for her family and friends. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Jorge Gutierrez and wife, Rosa, Barbara Gonzales, Norma Gutierrez and wife, Robin, Albert Cavazos and wife, Ashley; brother, Ricardo De Luna and wife, Janie; grandchildren, Elizabeth Adame, Matthew Gutierrez, Paul Anthony Gutierrez, Cindy Vera, Lori Olivarez, Isreal Gonzales, Erica Rodriguez, Jessica Jones, Miranda Gutierrez, Jaden Seale, Jacob Cavazos, Destiny Cavazos, Donovan Cavazos, Pete Cavazos, and Gavirella Cavazos; several great-grandchildren. Irma was preceded in death by her parents, Ciprano and Juanita De Luna; sons, Paul Gutierrez, Danny Gutierrez; grandson, James Joel Gonzales; several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 5:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. with rosary being recited at 7:00p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel.
