Irene Andrada, 67, of Lubbock passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born on October 17, 1953 in Austin, Texas to Fred and Pauline (Serda) Andrada.
Irene loved to study her bible and was a very spiritual person, she enjoyed cooking, shopping, working on word puzzles, and coloring. Family time was also very important to her, especially time with her grandchildren, she was a very outgoing person.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three children; Brenda Vasquez, Rachel Bitela and husband David, and Johnny Gomez all of Lubbock, four siblings; Mary Ester Rodriguez of Austin, Carmen Hernandez, Joe Andrada, and Richard Andrada, all of Lubbock 15 grandchildren; Priscilla, Nick, Jr., Vangie, Patience, Gunner, Gabriella, Felix, David, Davian, Davino, Tesla, Chelsea, Isaiah, Londyn, and Gabriella, and 16 great grandchildren.
Irene was proceeded in death by her parents, and two siblings; Manuel and Fred Anarada, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. with a prayer service beginning at 5:00 P.M. at the House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, December 7, 2020 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
