Eduardo Martinez, Jr, 68, of Lubbock passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born on May 2, 1956, in Eagle Pass, Texas to the late Eduardo Martinez, Sr. and Elena Lopez. Eduardo was a hard-working man, he enjoyed working and always found a new tasks to conquer; like building homes, remodeling, and roofing. Eduardo could light up a room when he walked into, wither that was with a joke or just being loud, he had a good sense of humor. He enjoyed eating out at Wing stop, it was one of his favorite places to eat. Eduardo married Ana Avila, and they shared over 35 years together. He was a loving man, he loved spending time with his family, but especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ana Martinez; children, Benito, Rigoberto, and Rudy Martinez, and Ana B. Martinez; brother, David Martinez; niece, Elizabeth Rodriguez; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Eduardo was proceeded in death by his parents, Eduardo Sr. and Elena; siblings, Victor, Fransica, Antonio, Tito, and Gracielda.

Celebration of life services will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
