Edmundo Romero Escarsega, 70 of Lubbock passed away on Sunday November 22, 2020. He was born on May 31, 1950 in Marfa, Texas to the late Adolfo Escarsega and Paz Romero Cruz. He married Maria Torres on May 31, 1985 in Lubbock and they started their lives together. Polé loved working with his hands, he was a welder by trade, however he loved all aspects of construction from welding to painting, he was a very crafty man. His yard was thought of as the best yard in the city. When his family or friends were taking a trip outside of the Lubbock area, he would always ask them to bring him a rock back, he loved collecting the rocks from different areas of the country. He loved his Rock-n- Roll music and playing darts. He was a proud husband, father, and grandfather, and loved his family time. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife: Maria Escarsega, children: Melissa Escarsega Rodriguez and husband Fred, Jeremy Torres and wife Maleia, siblings; Dora, Gracie, Jolanda, Henry and Ernest, grandchildren; Sara, John, Josh, Jeralyn and Gunner, great grandchildren; Jordan, Jeremiah, Makayla, Xavier and Melody Polé was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. Services will be held at a later date.
