Devin Akilis Salazar, Jr, 3 months old, of Lubbock, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. He was born on July 18, 2021 to Elexus and Devin Salazar, Sr. Devin was loved very much by so many in his short time of life. He was a sleepy but joyful sweet baby, with his big eyes, and beautiful curly hair. Devin was learning to giggle and could light up the room with his smile. He will be dearly missed by so many. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Elexus and Devin Salazar, Sr.; sisters, Paris, Lilliana, Brooklynn; grandparents, Joe Angel and Veronica; great-grandma Cookie; Aunt Molly; and Uncle Tobby; and many family members that loved him dearly. Devin is preceded in death by his great-grandpa, Felix; and his tia, Ofelia. Celebration of Life services will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Central Campus 3708 45th st. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
