David Perez, 31, of Lubbock, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born on November 25, 1992 in Vallejo, California to Jose Luis Perez and Carolina Martinez. David had a special soul, who was so loving, caring and hardworking. He was a very hard worker; his family says that nothing held him back from working and accomplishing what he wanted to do. David had a goofy sense of humor; you could always find him laughing or joking around about something. He was a life long Cowboys Fan, and in his spare time, loved to play video games.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Carolina Aday and present dad, Matt; siblings, Gloria Perez, Jessica Perez, Luis "Jr." Estrada, Daniel Estrada; grandmother, Rosario Aguero; uncles, Jesus and Samuel Martinez; and nephew, Jose Adrian Perez.

He was proceeded in death by his grandfather, Jesus Martinez; and brother, Jose Perez.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at Church of the Blessed International, 4810 Avenue P, Lubbock. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
