David F. Cadena, 69 of Lubbock, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. He was born on February 15, 1955 to Joe and Ramona Cadena in Lubbock, Texas. David loved sports, he was the starting Quarterback at Lubbock High School and then onto Riverside College for two years. He went on to also play some Semi pro Football. David also worked as a personal trainer.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Sally Ramirez (Jaime) of Phoenix, AZ; nephew Rodney Ramirez (Sonia) of Riverside, CA; niece, Rhonda Ramirez (Charles Suey) Phoenix, AZ; grandnieces, grandnephews, Aunt; and Numerous cousins and extended family and friends.

David was proceeded in death by his parents; brother, Joe Cadena, Jr.

Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
