Brian Dean Hamilton, born February 15, 1961, died on Monday, July 6, 2021, in Hospice care, with his wife of 30 years, Terri, by his side.
He is survived by his wife, Terri (Black) Hamilton; his sister, J'Non, Niece and nephew Rachel Acosta and Grant McNeil; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Dean & Jean Ann Hamilton, and his grandparents, John & Bertha Hamilton and Noble & Madelene Brown.
Brian was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma and grew up ion Lubbock, Texas. He lived in Rockford, Illinois for the last 15 years of his life. He was a loyal member of the Beloit, Wisconsin congregation of the United Church of God, and greatly enjoyed playing contract bridge in the Rockford Bridge Club. He worked as a computer programmer in his 20s and 30s, and briefly as a machinist until chronic illnesses forced him to go on disability.
His memorial service will be at Lone Star Cowboy Church in Lubbock, Texas at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 17, 2021. There will also be a graveside service at Fairmont Cemetery in Follett, Texas at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 18, 2021.
