Blanca Esther Rodriguez, 83, of Lubbock, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024. She was born on November 26, 1940 in Raymondville, Texas to the late Abel Marroquin and Maria Enriquetta Mendez. Blanca was very outspoken and outgoing. She also had a good sense of humor, and enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family, and watching her Western shows, like Gunsmoke and Walker Texas Ranger. Blanca was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish his memory are her memory are children, Elvia Chavez, Benjamin Puga, Johnny Rodriguez, Joe Luis Rodriguez; siblings, Chris Deleon, Albert Molina, Fidel Molina, Daniel Molina, and Juanita Cardoza; 33 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren.

Blanca was proceeded in death by her parents, Abel Marroquin and Maria Mendez; son, Gilbert Puga; daughter, Diane Regalado.

No services are being held at this time. Cremation is under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
