Angela "Ms. Angel" Hahn, 59, of Lubbock, got her wings on Thursday, January 6, 2022. She was born on March 26, 1962 in Lubbock, TX. Angel was never a woman to back down from a challenge, she was one of the strongest women you'd ever met. She was a woman of many talents and had a heart of a true entrepreneur. Angel knew how to start up any type of business or work, you name it, she could figure something out. One of her biggest achievements in life was becoming one of the first women in the West Texas Region to receive her Master Plumbers license. She went on to own her own company, WesTech Plumbing, where she was a true owner/operator. Angel was proud of her little shop, and as it grew more and more, everyone that worked there made life-long friend when you worked with her. She was not shy at all and never met a stranger, she loved to laugh and talk with people. Angel was a giver; she would give anyone the shirt off her back at any point. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a loving mother, nana, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Kyle Montemayor and girlfriend, Holly, Ashley Gamboa and husband, Justin, Allen Montemayor and wife, Jessica; life partner, Todd Joslin; sisters, Tammi "MeMe" Cox, and Shonda Mowery; grandchildren, Avery, Abbott, Archer, Albany, Annalee, Adalynn, and Harper; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Angel was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and one sister. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Wolfforth Cemetery in Wolfforth, TX. Ms. Angel's funeral service will be streamed on House of Angels Funeral Home Facebook page, for those that will not be able to attend in person.
