Andres E. Chagolla, Jr., 77, of Idalou, Texas passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 13, 1943 in San Marcos, Texas to the late Andres E. Chagolla, Sr. and Rosa (Espinoza) Chagolla. He married Ysidra Rodriguez on March 13, 1970 in Lubbock, Texas at St. Patrick Catholic Church. He was a long-time member of St. Phillip Catholic Church in Idalou, He enjoyed having his family time. Those left to cherish his memory are his Wife Ysidra Chagolla, five children: Mary Ann Chagolla, Melinda Chagolla, Mario and Julie Chagolla, Martha Chagolla and Melva and Billy Ramos, seven siblings: Minerva Cervantez, Gilbert Chagolla, Rosa Marie Rodriguez, Carlos Chagolla, Janie Deleon, Robert Chagolla and David Chagolla, and five grandchildren: Adrian and Marlena Trevino, Michael Ramos, Marissa Chagolla and Isabella Ramos. Andres is preceded in death by his parents: Andres E. Chagolla Sr, and Rosa Chagolla, two brothers: Jessie and Arthur Chagolla and one sister: Estella Hernandez. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. with the rosary being recited at 7:30 P.M. at the house of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Idalou Cemetery in Idalou, Texas.
