Alfredo "Shorty" Cuellar, of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the age of 72. He was born on October 19, 1948, in Lamesa, Texas to Pablo Cuellar, Sr. and Rosa (Aguire) Cuellar. Those left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Pablo Cuellar, Jr. of Lubbock, Alice Reyna of Lubbock, Elena Cruz of Big Spring, and Aurora Vela of Lamesa; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Alfredo was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Cuellar, Sr. and Rosa Cuellar; brothers, Juan Cuellar, Luis Cuellar, and Mario Cuellar; sisters, Beatrice Reyna and Angelita Lozano. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park, Woodrow, Texas.
