Adan Rosa, 59, a lifelong resident of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 surrounded by the ones he loved. He was born on December 8,1961 in Lubbock to Manuel and Rosa (Castillo) Rosa. Adan was the Jack of all trades, he worked on cars, helped with construction work, and anything else that he was asked to do. He loved his family and spending time with them. He would light up when he saw his grandchildren, they gave him a renewed breath of life each time he saw them.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife: Yolanda Delgado, son; Jonah Rosa and wife Alondra and several other children, three brothers; Manuel Rosa, Jr. (Linda Duran) of Lubbock, Julian Rosa and girlfriend Edwina Taylor of New Deal, Jesse Rosa (Margaret) of Lubbock, five sisters; Ester Aguirre of Florida, Julia Bocanegra of Rockwell, Texas, Sylvia (Sammy) Canales of Lubbock, Elsa Rodriguez (Facundo Hiracheta) of New Home and Emma Rosa Duty (Tim) of Shallowater, Texas, several grandchildren.
Adan was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Pablo Rosa and Johnny Rosa, two sisters-in-law; Benita Rosa, Angie Rosa and two brothers-in-law; Johnny Bocanegra and Mario Rodriguez.
