Manuela Franco Quintero, 81 of Lubbock passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 11, 1942, in Mexico to Nicanor and Ynez (Fierro) Franco. Manuela was a very loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She loved spending time with her family, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, Traveling, and shopping. She loved to laugh and had a very loving personality. Manuela was an active member of Emmanuel Worship Center. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Anthony Viduarre and wife Johanna Anzua, Nora Lane, and Alfredo Garza; siblings, Carmen Franco, Margie Reyes, Hortencia Johnson, Eloy Franco, Martina Varela, and Mercedes Pinson; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Manuela was preceded in death by her parents Nicanor and Ynez Franco; daughter, Angela Franco Vega; son, Joe Franco Garza, siblings, Rafaela Hernandez, Ramon Franco, Antonia Franco, and Nicanor Franco.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 11:00 am – 1:00p.m. with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park, Woodrow, Texas.
